Delivery Policy
SPAZA.ae does NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Delivery Area
Currently we deliver to all Emirates of UAE except for some remote locations.
We might not be able to deliver to some of the remote places.
In case we won't be able to deliver, we'll either call or send an e-mail to inform the same and payment if processed shall be reimbursed through the same channel.
Delivery Timing
Next day delivery.
We deliver 6 days a week except on Sundays and Public Holidays
Delivery Fee
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain
All orders above or equal to 100 Dhs. will be free of charge.
Orders below 100 Dhs. will be charged a nominal fee of 10 Dhs.
AbuDhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah
Paid Shipping Fee of 25 Dhs for all delivery.
